OY-LEE-AI: OVERVIEW
This species is one of the few water-based lifeforms to develop spacefaring abilities. On their home world of Vaz-Oh-Leen, they live in greasy pools that form atop bubbling tarpits. Their large body, with its powerful flippers and tentacles, remains submerged at all times. However, a long, thin, serpent-like neck tapers to a multi-eyed eyestalk that occasionally emerges into the air.
